Swapper Rating Mod -- Manual & F.A.Q

Hello, this manual is going to guide you through the whole Exclusive swapper rating mod of GolfWrx.com. You will learn all the functions, options and some rules that are applied to this modification to forum.

The first thing is that if you want to get a good overview of everything that is happening you need to go to the main reputation url which is located here (http://www.golfwrx.com/forums/index.php?act=reputation) here you will find various stat's of the modification. There is also a link called Reputation Overview in the upper center area of the page.

Before we go any further I would like to show you the two different ways you can get to the persons rating place so you can view their ratings and rate them.

The first way is there profile, when you go into a user’s profile you should see as follows: Feedback Score: it will have a link and will have either (Good or Bad ) and the rating. By clicking that link, it will show that person’s feedback rating.

The second way is when you are in any topic on each post each user will appear with this " Feedback Score: " you can click on this and it will all bring you to the user’s ratings as well.

User Ratings:

When you get into the user’s ratings, from either their profile or topic view, you should get a pretty good overview of the member’s feedback. This includes the following:

Feedback Score - What their feedback score is.
Feedback - Shows the percentage of - & + feedback.
Members who left a positive - The number of members who left positive feedback.
Members who left a negative - The number of members who left negative feedback.
Total Feedback Given - The total amount of feedback given.

On the side of it, you should also see feedback ratings from this month, 6 months ago and 12 months ago and which was bad, good, or neutral.

Then below this you should see comments left for the member, this contains all the comments for the member and information about the comments, *note that if you click on the comment* it will take you to the item that was bought, sold, or traded. Also note that for admins and moderators it is very easy to delete or edit any comments that are put in so please refrain from anything that is harmful or goes against our forum rules.

To add a comment, if you group is allowed, you will see Leave Feedback for (user) you can click this to get to the user feedback fields.

Once you are here you will see the following fields (definitions included):

Username of person we are adding feedback for: This should be pre-set but if not set to the person who you want to give feedback to.

Type of Feedback to add: Choose one of the three of what you want.

URL to Transaction: The web link to the item that you bought / swap / sold
This is an honorary process right now but may become mandatory.

Username: Specify (buyer/seller/swapper)
Comment (Click To View Item) - This is the comment that is left for the person make sure this is not offensive or it will be edited or deleted.
After that just add the feedback and if everything works and is filled in correctly your comment will be added.

For the full reputation view or the overview of the system, there are board stats, which includes the following:

Total Feedback: How many times people on the board left feedback

Average Feedback per registered member: The average feedback for all members

Recent Feedback for All Members: This is the user’s average rating for the whole board telling the monthly, 6 months and yearly stats.

Top 10 Swappers - The top 10 swappers in the rating of by highest order

Last 10 Feedback Given - This gives the last 10 feedbacks given.
