Yes, the Rbladez F irons are the tour B heads. I have heard there is a 3rd head out there as well now...

Interesting that he's playing the Spider Blade putter but didn't buy into the counterbalancing?

Looks like he has one that's 34 5/8 inches with a standard grip. I wonder if the headweight is standard as well, something like 345 grams.

Yes, that is total weight. And I believe the retail SpiderBlade is 590 grams.


I read that he has a custom head that weighs about 346. Stock is 355. And he has a regular grip, probably around 60 grams. Stock grip is 130 grams.

So that explains the 78-79 gram difference in total weight.

He wasn't playing that grip on his Spiderblade at the Open. He was using a really long length red grip with a yellow colored section at the top.

TM is going to sell a ton of those spider blades now...

You're right. Looks like the SpiderBlade he was playing at the Open was actually pretty similar to retail.

I expect a big sales bump.

I wonder what the 56˚ ATV "N" is? a different sole grind?

His putter grip looked like the retail version with the yellow marketing piece that lets you know about the length range of the putter.

So what does the F stand for? Anything? Forged? I used to play a set of TP heads that were B stamped tour heads but they were slightly thinner and a tiny bit shorter. I have not payed much attention to TM equipment since I have been hurt but are the Rocketbladez tour heads TM's players irons now? Over the MB or CB? Justin being one of the greatest ball strikers on tour I would think he would have a blade in his bag.

Reality is, Taylormade is on top because their gear performs. Yes they market the crap out of the "consumer grade" equipment. So what! It's the profits from the lower end gear that funds the research that keeps them producing products that produce
