Figured I would ask... The bag I think I like the most does not match any of the club brands I carry or plan on buying. But that makes my OCD flair up a tad and I would hate to have that bug me every time I looked at my bag.
I think what's amazing is that club manufacturers have gotten golfers to pay to be billboards for their brand.
Imagine paying money to buy a McDonald's shirt and hat so you can strut around so strangers will know that you're a Big Mac set-type guy. I suppose a guy wearing a Burger King hat and a guy wearing a McDonald's hat would puff up their chests as they pass on the street . . .
Having matching bag, clubs, shirts, and ball are like being a poser. I just game what I like and don't
worry about matching equipment.
Sun Mountain here, the company that made my bag doesnt make clubs. Its a great bag though and the nice thing is that if I decided to switch brands I dont feel like a tool using a bag of a club company whose clubs I dont use.
