Speeder 7FTB and HK PRO 70 NT are one of the two best driver shaft Fuji tour dept ever produce IMO! Both are a low spin category shafts!

Pro110 are a very good heavy wood shaft for a hitter players who likes steel shaft performance but need graphite shaft distance.

HM4 is a counter balance shaft, one of the most successful FW on tour. Unique smooth feel and lots of kick, but yet very tight feeling w/ more of a MID kick spec.

Fujikura 7FTB Blue Proto Review

Intro: I am 6’1 and have a medium to quick tempo. My handicap is about a 2. My SS is 108-112, Ball speed 160-165, I drive the ball consistently at sea level about 275-290. 5 iron SS 90-94mph 185-190yards

Club Tested:7FTB Proto w/ Tour Issue 460TP 10.5 45 inches

Spined and floe’d by Joe CPM 256 soft X

I love Fujikura products, my favorite club in the bag is a Bridgestone 3 wood with a Fuji Pro 95 X untipped 43 inches cpm 266 (about 6.7 on the rifle scale). This setup is PERFECT for me. I have a quick tempo and swing from the top. I played steel shafts in my driver and 3 woods until about 2 years ago. I had a Titleist Tour 975J VS with a x100 shaft and killed it. My 3 wood had the same. I saw the Titleist rep at a demo day and he said steel was dead and a heavier graphite shaft would be better. I tried the PRO95 and was instantly in love. This led me to try other Fuji products.

I like a medium weight shaft in the driver now that is between 75-85 grams. I have had success with Diamana 83, Fuji 757, and my favorite 7FTB Blue Proto. I bought this shaft from a fellow member mainly to get the 460tp tour head, I hit the shaft and had the longest drives of my life. I went to the launch monitor and the fitter said I had perfect numbers with the club. SS 108-111 launch 13.5 and spin of 2600

To describe the shaft I would say it is a cross between a Diamana Blueboard 83 and a Speeder 757. It has the tightness and stability of the 757 but not as boardy of a feel, and easier to load. It has a pronounced kick at the bottom that sends the ball high and deep. Joe says this shaft is low spin so I have to combine it with a high spin head. The only reason I got rid of this club is the face on the 460tp seemed a little closed and I am getting an open faced driver to combine with this shaft. I see an FT5 Tour or 907D2 with a 7FTB in my future. Bottom line, if you are a hitter who likes to swing for the fences, but wants control, this shaft is for you.

All items must have a sale price.

I'm selling them under market price on a limited items that are rare to help the one who need it and i'm not just selling them to just any body.

If you are not interested because you have to send email for quotation, I'm fine w/ it!

Sorry!

Joe, that was actually the VERY same comment I was about to post last night...but I was afraid of the fallout. :drinks:

Anybody who is hesitant to drop Joe a line for pricing is SERIOUSLY missing out. Joe is one of the most approachable guys on the board, and will do you good for pricing. Only problem is that sometimes he's too approachable and prices are too reasonable for what you get. Before you know it he's calling you. :D

Joe:

I thought I might give a mini review of the HK Pro 70 NT shaft that you put in my Titliest D1.

First, the shaft is more stable than a Diamana whiteboard. It has a nice kick and will not balloon the ball at all. I felt that my distance was longer than the Whiteboard and I could really be rewarded for a good swing. Where this shaft really shines is in the feel department. Because I am somewhat of a streaky player, I need the positive feedback that comes from a good feeling club. The shaft has allowed me to eliminate the left side without the overly harsh feel of a super tip stiff shaft.

Second, you do not have to overswing to make this shaft perform. The feedback I get from this shaft is such where I do not find myself swing harder and inconsistent throughout the round. I find a comfort level and stay there no matter what visuals I get from different holes(some may fit my eye better than others).

I would shaft up the HK Pro 70 NT in a heart beat. Who knows, If you still have the shaft when I buy my next driver. I better stop right now before I blow another hole in my wallet. :drinks:

  • 2 weeks later...

I can't remember it to well on the torque, but i know for sure it's 105-107 grams , mid kick and if i'm not wrong torque is 2.5* or 3.0*. This is one of the best feeling FW shaft, 100ish weight but doesn't feel that heavy due to counter balance.

Other counter balance shaft are:

Most of the heavier BW series, a little on the MW heavier series and speeder 771...those are the one on top of my head when i type this reply.
