Plark's WITB UPDATED 8-21-13!

2 years ago all of my clubs go stolen, so this year I decided it was time to get back in the game. I purchased all these clubs within the last 3 weeks. I'm very excited to get back in the game and thank you for all the WRXers that sold me the clubs for great prices so it was manageable for me to get back in the game so quickly.

You're good buddy, that why they have this thing! I love it. 2013 it weighs about 3.9 lbs. If you walk a lot it's a great bag.

Any early feedback on the rocketbladz tour irons? have hit a few times in simulators, half the time I love them, have the time I don't (feel weird, maybe bad swings by me) ... idk?

How about the superfast 2.0 fairway, any comparison to the RBZ (orig or stage 2) 3 woods?

I love the tour irons, the flight and extra distance is awesome. Superfast fairway I would compare to the 07 burner fairway woods. I hit mine great, I usually use that off the tee and hit i about 245-260

yea i sold my ping freestyle a few months ago and picked up a titleist lightweight to go with all my titleist clubs.
not gonna say it was a mistake cause its a pretty good bag, but not ideal for walking.
looking at the ping 4 series and the sun mountain swift. leaning towards the ping tho !

I use the SuperDeep Burner and E6 Bridgestone balls due to my higher handicap. They have been working well for me this year, but it seems the SuperDeep ball actually works better around the greens for me so far.

Can you give any extra commentary on the SuperDeep ball? Spin, durability, forgiveness/side-spin reduction? Where does it fit in the the ball universe ... is this just below the TP3 or similar to a Titlest DT?

Sure man. The Superdeep's spin is very low off the driver and provides increased distance for me. The spin around the greens is eh, but I find it a little better than the E6 by Bridgestone. The durability is amazing. I could line this thing up at a tree and destroy the ball and it would still be playable. I would recommend this ball to someone with a higher handicap. The value is terrific for what you get. 19.99 for a dozen. Taylormade made a fabulous ball for high handicap players that want distance and forgiveness, but still want a little bit of green side control.
