    It's really nice!

When I saw the first picture the first thing I thought of was Stonehenge. :-)

Anvil seems to be a common theme...formed on one, has a stamping of one and from its appearance probably carries like one...but it does look cool

edit:just went to the website and seen what there asking for that thing...REALLY? Something for the man that has everything I suppose. Maybe I'll hold off until they release the 40.00 ball mark.

The tool is $75 plus tax (if applicable) and shipping (about $7) increasing to $95 in 2014. Coolest pitch repair tool I've ever seen--almost to the point of purchase. But in the end, I think I'll hold off. It's bigger than I'd like for constant carry, and I still have most of my Christmas shopping ahead of me. Tres cool though.

I'll need to hit more greens before I pick one of those up. :-)

    Really nice though.

Are you kidding? This is a spendy item. The fewer greens hit, the less chance of scratching or denting...nevermind. image/pardon.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':pardon:' />

Unfortunately, this this the competition...which is $95 less expensive and easily replaceable:

Cool looking tool but the most I'd pay for a divot repair tool is $15-20 and that would be from a famous golf course like Pebble, Augusta, ect..

I have three divot tools already:
    1. My go-to, which holds a ball marker and has short tongs and a thumb indent (Bulle Rock)
    2. A souvenir from a course locally
    3. A switchblade style tool, that was dirt cheap but works really well when you don't want to stab yourself.

All of those combined amount to $40. I appreciate the design aspect of this, but the price point is ridiculous and its function can be accomplished by an oyster fork.

$95.00?? Really? Holy cow! I get bent out of shape when I lose one of my $5.00 GolfWRX poker chip markers. I would be so worried about losing this, I couldn't play golf. Very cool looking tho.

    Hey I love it,

and yes the price point is pricey, but give me a break, people spend money on this site and go thru drivers which seems like every week, trying everything around, I for one, have asked for it to be a **cough cough** Stocking stuffer, for christmas.... image/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Pricey but cool, and great for a collection.

A collection? Just how many hundred dollar ball mark tools would comprise a "collection"?

    Definitely a first-world problem.

Interesting piece there...I have to think it isn't for the masses given the price point - but I guess if you're willing to drop $75 plus s/h on a tool like that, then rock on...personally, I can't see myself spending more than $10-$15 on a tool...most I actually use are those I've gotten free when playing a course...

Was amazed at first then I checked out the website and dropped a load when I saw the 95 dollar price tag.

I guess I could use it as a fork or ninja weapon too. At $95 I will need to come up for a few more uses for it to justify the expense.

It's pretty cool, but not $95 cool

Most of us club ho's would rather buy a beat up Scotty or a couple wedges for the same amount.

I would guess that a larger market would be found in the $30-$50 range

Don't get me wrong cuz I really like it and will own one if prices plummet

I actually don't think the price is bad for a custom handmade piece but who wants to put a mini pitch fork in their pocket?

Bought and on its way--I think it's an awesome piece and can't wait to use it on the course! And since it's a gift then it's a perfect thing to give for Christmas.

I can't do the math to calculate how fast I would lose a 100 dollar repair tool. It would be lost before I ordered it, just my luck.

    Not impressed for $100.

If I'm going to spend a hundo on a divot tool, it'll be for one of Gene Neads - 20,000 year old "pre-ban woolly mammoth ivory" divot tools. Those are the cats meow

And I'm equally unimpressed with that one; goes to show beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Price in 2014 $95.00, I'll pass, I can buy a nice SW for that price, don't need a farriers hammered out, piece of steel heavy pitch tool to carry around to try to impress people with telling them the price, in fact I'd be embarrassed to tell them. Oh well each to their own, throwing money away.

    Wow kinda harsh, lol,

To each their own indeed, I got mine for christmas, and I have to say, they look even better in person. I make good money, and I see no issues with spoiling myself with some collectible golf equipment or tools.
