HEE YOUNG PARK FAN CLUB THREAD!! :D

I never really paid any attention to HYP even when she won the 2011 CME.

But I've really become a huge fan watching her on TV and at events in 2012 & 2013.

HYP is great because she's attractive, has an amazingly fun personality, always smiling/cheerful and is one of the most stylish and colorful pros....always dressed to the 'nines' from head to toes.

HYP's nickname is "The Rocket".....we think it originated by her ability to 'Rocket" up the leader board.

Seems like she is extremely well liked and popular with the LPGA members....not just the Koreans.

My word of advise....please watch The Rocket for a few holes at your next LPGA event.....you won't be disappointed.

Her English is not too bad and improving...always does her best to accommodate the media.

Plus she has a fun Twitter full of candid photos and adorable broken Engrish. I also love the HYP swing, she has a great move thru the ball and beautiful balance throughout. When she won last year she was killing 3-wood all down the stretch and in the playoff. That's when I started to crush on her.

Such a nice swing. Steven Bane is doing a great job with his students.

Another example of a beautiful swing. I was going to ask who is teaching these girls, and what the program was. I see the name Steven Bane mentioned. He is getting great results!

On the DTL iron swing it looks like she aims a little right and comes over it just a little. (Worked pretty good for Sam Snead though.)

I had never watched HYP.

On Sunday morning in Portland I'm walking around the range and had no idea who I was going to watch.

So I'm by the ropes and HYP waves at me....OK...I'm sold.

In her gallery were 3 other fanboys.

• An Asia guy who flew in for the event
  
• A pro-am partner from the 2012 event (U of Oregon grad)
  
• Her housing billet for the weekend (Oregon State U grad)
  

HYP eagles a par 5 with a chip in and all the fans goes nuts.

Pro-am guy walks over to the ropes and gives HYP a hug and a high 5 and asks her for a "Go Ducks"

She giggles, points to her housing billet and in her broken English says:

"I can't....this week I'm a beaver...otherwise I won't have anywhere to sleep tonight"

HYP just gets it....The Rocket is SO FREAKIN ADORABLE.....that many fans are unaware in the US.

From what I read from her Twitter it seems that HYP is single and ready to mingle.

Does anyone know what Mizuno irons she plays? When I saw her at the Kraft, they looked like 825's, but had a different look. Maybe Japan model?

I think her coaches last name is Bann. In case someone was looking.

As a standard bearer for the LOTTE last week, I was able to spend quite a bit of time with The Rocket. I walked with her group 4 out of 5 rounds. I've heard about and seen a couple of videos of her swing, but nothing could prepare me for what I saw in real life. Absolutely beautiful and she's pretty too!

I've become a HYP fanboy.
