GolfWRX outing/players list

Hey guys,

I was thinking about getting a group of GOLFWRX guys together to play. It would be great to do some sort of group outing or just to have a list of the guys that live and play in the area.

Sometimes as golf addicts we find ourselves with no one to partner with, I thought this might be a great place for guys to come if they are in need of a playing partner for a round.

Please just comment below if you are interested in a group outing or if you would just like to let guys know you are in the area and are ready to play.

I am in Pawleys Island. Usually play 2-3 times a week in the Pawleys/Litchfield area with an occasional trip up to Myrtle Beach/North Myrtle

I put on a "Low Country" outing last year and we had a blast. Was thinking about starting up for round two. SC is such a big state to find a good location for everyone haha. Where are you located OP

Been up towards there a few times. Brother in law's family are members to the Country Club in Lexington and I have played Crickentree (Golf Club of South Carolina I think) . Great courses

Myrtle beach sounds like a good spot to meet up lol

but in all seriousness I wouldn't mind going up there anyway to play. haven't played up there yet.

Id be in for this if it is within 2 hrs of charleston

I'm a member at Columbia country club, so there is always a open invite if anybody wants to play there....

Same for Orangeburg CC, and I am definitely interested in getting together as well! Flatstick77 I have always wanted to play out there, but haven't ever. If that offer is still open i may take you up on that some time!

Just moved to Charleston a few weeks ago so I would definitely be down to get together and play 18.

I live in Sumter, but play in Santee quite often. I also head down to Myrtle Beach a few times per year.

I play alone a lot because I mostly play during the week (work rotating shifts) so send me a PM if anyone is ever looking for a playing partner. I'm willing to play anywhere within a couple hour drive.

I live on Lake Marion and play Santee National, Lake Marion CC, Lake Marion GC, Holly Hill GC, Hillcrest GC, and hopefully Orangeburg CC soon. I am originally from Sumter so I grew up on Crystal Lakes (9 holes) and played Sunset CC occasionally. Also have some buddies down at MUSC and we'll play in Goose Creek or Summerville sometimes. 26 years old and have a 14-16 handicap. Anyone ever wants to play in the area let me know.

Florence area here. Cc of sc is now semi private, great course that used to host nike tour event. I usually play in Charleston or Santee with grad school friends but if anyone is columbia area looking to tee it up, shoot me a pm

I'm definitely interested. Columbia/Lexington here. I'm in sales and not many of my buddies or clients play golf. I love to get out on Friday when weather is good

James Island. No need to be lonely Putter. If you don't mind teeing it up with a senior. I'm good to go most weekdays if I am in the country. Most weekends reserved for my granddaughter.

I'm also up for a round most weeks. I have Thursday and Monday's off so anyone in the charleston area who doesn't mind playing with a guy who's goal is to play bogey golf :)

OK GUYS LET DO IT THIS YEAR! I almost had an outing done a few years ago. Well we did have an outing and it was a blast, but it made up of two people from SC and 4 from out of state/country haha. Lets get an official SC outing/match play event going.

I think this could be a very cool thing especially if we get enough people and a good location to really have a ball. Lets get some people in and figure out a time of the year (possibly late spring/early summer before it heats up too much but also when prices are a little better)
