Also new from Rife is the company’s Maven putter, a design that was inspired by new Rife Brand Ambassador Mike Shannon, one of Golf Digest’s Top-50 best teachers in America. The Zebra-shaped putter (see the photos in our forum) will come with five different hosel configuration to help golfers dial in their alignment and toe-hang needs. The first model, which has a plumber’s neck, will be available in May and sell for $235.

    Switchback looks pretty cool.

I'm not sure about the little notch/line thing they're doing though. Won't that only work if you have your eyes directly over the line? ...What if you just don't line up that way?

Switchback reminds me of Machine Converter. I don't know why but I like The Maven.

I own a Rife Aruba, so I bought into the face milling, but I would also like to see them do some traditional face milling.

Looks like a Machine, a modern day Zebra and a weld neck Anser 2 with a notch in it.

I actually kind of like the colors on the Switchback. Something a little different at the retail level. Looks like a total ripoff of Machine though...

I just dug up my old zebra mallet I used when I was on the highschool team. So ugly but was the only putter I could pretend to putt with back then. Maybe I'll buy a maven as kind of a before and after display.

In my experience the notch thing really helps with getting the putter to the same position every time. I line up with my eyes inside the line, and it works fine for me. For me it makes it instantly apparent when I'm set up toe down or too close.
