Ping's most recent glove model was a good one. I have no doubt the new one will be as well. looks like the three versions are a synthetic glove for low price and, or rain. and two leather versions, one with lots of spandex and one with minimal spandex. i expect to buy and try all three.

If its anything like the M-Fit or whatever it was called, it will be good. I had a bunch of those, and they were full leather, and the leather was really soft and thin. Other than that, yeah, its just a glove.

I been using the Sensor Tech for about 3 weeks now. I really like it. Problem is I just found a wear spot in the palm yesterday at the range. I have played 3 rounds and maybe 8 range sessions. I had previously been using a Nike glove that probably had 40 rounds and 100s of range visits with no wear or tear. As much as I Liked the Ping glove, once it gets a hole I will go back to my trusty Nike.

Sensor Tour is excellent. Between that and the Callaway Dawn Patrol or Tour Auth. for me this year.

I got mine yesterday. Playing this afternoon. So far it fits better than the mfit I had before. And the leather seems a little thinner(in a good way) than the old version as well. I normally play a sci flex but I can't find the blue one anymore. So this may be my new glove if it works for me. I also had to go up a size in the mfit. I forgot about that when I order it, but this one fits correctly so they must have corrected the sizing to be in line more with DJ gloves sizing. Thatbir I just got lucky thus time.

Does the new Ping glove fit smaller than the M fit, or about the same ?

was a big fan of the mfit and still have one in the rotation. tried on the sensor tour over the weekend and found that it does fit a touch snugger, but not enough to change sizes...for me. i also agree that the sensor does seem just a touch thinner, not that the mfit was thick by any means. the sensor also seems a bit softer to me as well.

I used the Ping Sensor Sport for one fitting session.

Why only one? It fell apart.

I won't be buying those again.

I'll post a picture of the glove tonight that I used today.

Ugh no clubs from that fitting, but bought a set of X Hot and OptiForce 3 and 5 woods because of the results. So not a total waste!

I have 8 rounds on my ping sensor sport. just now starting to show the slightest signs of wear on the thumb... plus several "partial" rounds of 5 holes or so ,,,

really happy with these gloves. I have to say, the leather is VERY soft and supple. wrist "sensor cool" band is very nice. fit is perfect, was a little snug first time on, but the glove stretched perfectly.

I generally play a SciFlex 2, but these are no longer available readily in the blue color locally, so I decided to "feel the glove"

sticking with this one....

Very pleased

maybe some people dont think about it.. but I have a borderline sensory processing disorder. something as simple as how a glove feels is not just a part of the game for me . its a HUGE part of the game. how shoes fit, how a shirts arm tug on me when i move, pants fit and the fabric feels, how grips feel. ect. is it wierd? probably, but its an everyday problem for me with all clothes, so with golf its damn near an obsession.

so, yeah... another glove. but the glove that I finally got used to wearing is hard to find.. and this one is a good alternative... maybe even better as its a little more supple.

I am a little bit particular about most stuff, and OCD about everything else...

this glove gets a huge thumbs up from me. and I have tried a bunch of them. The stasof is too stiff or thick feeling for me, the bridgestone tour was pretty good, but wore out really quick for me. The Srixon tour was great, but couldnt find them locally.. the Sci Flex2 was my favorite, but started getting harder for me to get. The Ping Mfit was a good glove, but i was in between sizes on that one so it was really uncomfortable until it stretched. and I am ocd about ping stuff... so I REALLLLLLY wanted to use that one.... but found myself always going back to the SciFlex2

This one actually fits me right. and the leather is perfect feeling to me. i have several rounds on it and its just now starting to show wear ( i wear a glove out on the side of the thumb)
SciFlex2 is the longest lasting glove before this one. and this one seems to be right there with it....

What were you using before you tried the Ping gloves? Im like you and Im very OCD about how a glove feels and with just about every piece of golf equipment. Especially shoes. They have to be tied to the same tightness otherwise I can't stop thinking about it.

But back to the glove. It will be hard to top my the Pure Touch but I like Ping a lot and I'll always give them the benefit of the doubt.

I used a footjoy sciflex2 in blue. I like the srixon tour glove as well. But the ping sensor sport is really good. And being incan readily get them and not the footjoy. There we go.
