Olympic Golf Canada - rumour

My friends at the RCGA and GAO tell me MTLJEFF is leading the charge of Quebec in Golf Separatists Society of Yesterday (QIGSSY)

Based on our QC talent winning almost all of our medals in Sochi, I understand the cut of his jib and his crafty maneuvering

Apparently, MTLJEFF wants to enter a team with Patrick Roy as his partner ( per TMZ's website )

As a side note Yorkey is leading a similar charge for him and I ... for PEI .. We won't win but the beer brawling in Brazil could be epic .. "Yes oppicer I am with the big prison guard"

Somebody turn up the Stompin' Tom. (I think MTLJEFF will bring a mixed Celine Dion or Roch Voisine Maxwell tape)

Any room for a high single digit cap on the Canadian team? My mother tells me that I am super nice, but I do not wish to boast. I can bring the 19th hole refreshments.

Gbyeball are you in?

Have you ever completed the century club with "real" beer?

I have many ideas:

I could carry MtlJeff's bag

I could be the equipment manager

I could get us some balls, headcovers and shirts made (I have a few ideas)

[attachment=2076929:Ball.png]

[attachment=2076931:Glove.jpg]

[attachment=2076935:Shirts 2.jpg]

I just need a shot ladies and gentleman. He(double hockey sticks), I'd purchase blades if it would get me on the team.

I'm 100% serious about this.

She'd encourage me to take a vacation, especially if Olympic participation was a guarantee.

I tan very easily. My olive skinned complexion and flip flops would allow us to blend in with the locals.

When I sew Canadian maple leafs on all of our golf bags and backpacks we will be welcomed for our kindness and lauded for our generosity.

Known to pass any and all Olympic testing too.

I'd vomit from this thread if you weren't all so damn nice. Plus, Canada's on the not-so-naughty list for this guy now that we got our first official Tim Horton's. Now if only you guys would quit spelling 'favourite' and 'theatre' so goofy and understand a basic road system south of the border we'd be in business.

Can we pick up Sean2 and his mother on the way. We could make this a family love fest. Make up for lost time.

True Canadian Story: I am teaching my last class of the day and I marshal my students to escort them to the computer lab on the second floor of the school. I pass a colleague's classroom and hear a ruckus. I peer in the room and he has the game broadcast on the overhead screen. There's a minute to go. I quietly usher my students into the back of his classroom and we watched the final seconds of the game together. A truly Canadian moment.

That is an awesome story. The Lat goalie was amazing. Stopped well over 50 shots while the Lat's only had around 15 SOG.

I suppose we can get Sean but I'm just not sure that the 24x7 sunshine is something I can handle. And we're not playing I spy with Sean.
