Thanks for checking, the club is in Japan, would that make it not show up in the system. I wasn't even worried about authenticity until now, I was just seeing if the shaft was factory installed or not.

Yes, I am unable to check serials outside the USA. A call to PING Japan might get you the answer you are looking for.

You'll need to know the country of origin to know who to contact. Phone Ping and they will tell you.
