I know there is on tour as per the USGA conforming list. I can understand no lower lofts on the DBD since you can take it to 8* but the 815 would do well to have an 8 or 8.5* model. Would be sweet though.

8.5 pro head what's the difference and loft is not the answer, like a V2 deal, last year they where 440cc

What is it that is different about these? I guess I don't understand making a club 1/2 degree less than the mass produced club when you could just measure and find that loft amongst those. Due to the production costs of doing these limited runs there must be something significantly different about these heads that their tour pros need.

Aside from being 1/2* different I would bet they are more fade biased heads. Some pro's do better with them some don't and will use more neutrally weighted heads. Nothing magic just another level of customization that pro's get because they're pro's.

My driver showed up yesterday afternoon, when it was 19* outside.
I would post pictures, but cliffhanger and I both ordered the same specs. So mine looks just like his, minus the Mac.
Should get a review up as soon as the weather cooperates or we head south. My vote is for south right about now.
