I wonder if these will grow on people over time, obviously initially more people will be put off because they're so different. I can't make up my mind on them, but saying Scotty "phoned it in" on these is crazy. To me it looks like a decent amount of time went into coming up with the concept behind the 2 piece system. For a definition of phoning it in refer to the current select line...

It looks like the GoLo 3 is an aggressive deep mill while the others are not as deep. I just wish the standard milling from the 2009ish select line would come back

I really wish, with all the technology of the 2 piece idea, that they would substitute to sole weights for internal tungsten weighting. They are starting to look old to me. They really looked forced and out of place in these GoLo's for sure. I have AP2's and know the weights are there behind the scenes and still doing the same job.

As much of a Scotty Cameron fan as I am, not impressed at all. I don't care for the pop up alignment aid because it locks you into a specific look regardless of preference or fit. The cheesy 80s engraving is downright tragic. Perhaps he is trying to tank the Acushnet IPO, who knows, but these are not what I would expect to see.

This did make me want to buy a putter, a backup of the current GoLo 3 to keep in the event of an emergency.

Definitely prefer the last two Golo lines to these, but I tend to be pretty conservative in looks on putters.

I do like the finish though, looks good.

One thing I'm concerned with is the aluminum face. Any aluminum putters I've tried (including the new Futura Xs and original Nome) just seem a bit hard and hollow sounding to me.

Not a fan of the two-piece design, and I wish Scotty would move away from the 3 cherry bombs in the cavity, I think it's starting to get old.

But the Golo is kinda the GI putter of Scotty Cameron, so as long as it's higher MOI and more forgiving than the previous version then I think it's a win.

I think the idea behind them is great. There is a lot of thought behind these with the sole design, insert design and perimeter of the sss. Having said that I'll most likely give the 3 a shot when I have the chance.

He would first have to bring back a carbon putter and that doesn't appear to be happening anytime soon.

I think this line looks great and will probably be another, yes, ANOTHER homerun by Titleist and Scotty. I think this line isn't supposed to be "classic" looking like some have said, and more industrial. I have to imagine the insert is probably aluminum or lighter material which allows them the redistribute the weight and make the putter feel pretty nice as well. So, a nice modern look, and increased forgiveness and performance.. sounds like a great gamer to me.

I already have some good ideas on customisimg the sole plates and putting black polymer on them. It'll contrast nicely with the SS frame.

Looks like he took the insert idea from the old Detours to a new level. If you recall the aluminum piece on the Detours passed through the putter face and extended to the back of the putter. Heading to the show today so I can't wait to get a look in person. Hopefully Scotty will be holding court in the booth so I can ask a few more questions.

The idea of these putters is not too bad but I don't like the graphics. Less is better. None of them will replace any of my Californias.

Aluminium is softer (and cheaper) than St. St. so these should have a very good feeling. I will try them once they are available.
