They were. They even admitted it in private to fitters. They got away from what worked and tried something new. Many fitters stopped carrying them because the quality dropped and performance wasn't as consistent as before. They had to make a change because they got hurt pretty badly.

Nothing was pointed directly at seniors. That just comes down to a competent fitter, unfortunately.

No. The Bubba line was pretty long, and we were running from booth to booth. Plus I had to take time out to find my guys. Not easy with a dead cell phone!
