How cold is too cold for you?

I always told myself that I wouldn't play unless it is above 40 degrees. Then I booked a trip 3 years ago to Myrtle Beach in late February and it was 38 degrees when we landed and got colder throughout the round. 10-15 mph winds didn't help the matter either. That was a miserable day of golfing, but at least the course/scenery was nice!

Depends, if not raining, and reasonable winds, we've played in snow flurries.

When lived in Chicago area, played Cog Hill in winter just because it was golf.

Now here in Dallas, if sunny, not super windy I'd say mid to upper 30s...don't have to be choosy in winter down here, nice weather always comes around within a week.

I'm in Maryland and played yesterday. The high got to the upper 40's but when we teed off it was mid 30's. For most of the front nine we teed off with hybrids off the deck as you couldn't get a tee in the ground. Coming off a couple weeks of freezing weather with a bit of snow it almost seemed balmy. The cold as such doesn't bother me as I dress properly for the conditions. My only aggravation is the course conditions as some of the bounces get a bit crazy.

I would say 38 and above but the wind wound have to be minimal.

I played yesterday too in Maryland. I had a couple of balls hit the front and bounce to the back. However, it helped the drives get out there. It was a fun round but didn't expect too much. Andrews was in good shape for being frozen.
