hey i was just wonderin how much you juniors have to pay in yearly subs?????
i pay bout 110 euro a year>wat are subs like in the us????

I subscribe to golfworld, golfweek, and golf digest but i got the golf digest subscription as a present all together i think they are like $ 90.00

During the school season we get to hit all we want for free at the local driving range, weekends, anytime it's great. During the summer it's only $5 to hit all day. When I play it's only $150 for unlimited play here- Victory Links

I have a gym membership which is like $30 a month then my trainer which i dont know the price..but he's good!!!! The club we used to belong to was real nice. my parents didnt need to pay initiations fees bc both of their parents were members, so they were legacies, but it was like $12,000 in dues a year. Now the current initiation is like $20,000 and still the $12,000 per year. I'm lucky that my parents dont make me pay for this stuff either. My trainer was a Hanukah gift this year.

I work at the course, so I get free privelages to everything (range, course, tees, whatever), but if I didn't I am pretty sure the dues are $350 for a Junior, and $700 for an adult.

At Victoria GC in Melbourne, it's $600 for juniors but for adults, it's around $7,500 joining + around $1000 a year with a 12 year waiting period. It took me 6 months.

unfortunately alot of clubs near me dont do junior memberships. they only have full golf memberships and then junior can join under their parents or whomever for an additional 1200 or sumthing like that for unlimited everything...its a wierd set-up.... dont really understand it myself.

 

but i guess with some of the local clubs being Merion and Philadelphia CC, Pine Valley etc......u get wierd setups that come along with the very wealthy???????

I am a member at the nicest golf course in italy. It is called san domenico golf. It is sweet. I am not sure how much it is, but i think it is 700euros a month. Also a member at brocket hall in london england, nice as well, not sure about the price

I don't have a membership to any course around me, cause they're all so expensive. But, at my home track, I think it's $1700 for a season pass, and $2500 for course and range season pass. I don't have that kind of money, so I just pay the junior after 12 fee ($20=18 holes) 2 times a week during the summer. It's also 7 bucks for about 100 balls, so that isn't too bad. Since I'm driving this year, I'll be there every other day.

i pay around 250 a month for a junior membership at a country club i play at. It has one of the best practice facilities near by. The Pro i work with is great, he is not just your average club pro, he is very good. He worked at his own place, but he decided to wrk at the club to get his kids on the course, but anyways i get free range balls all year all i want. I get to use the numerous short game facilities such as a beutiful wedge range, bunker and around the green facility and the golf school where i can use computers and stuff to notice any problems i might have. I have a good freedom to, i can use everything to my liking and all. It is very good.

Sounds like my heaven on earth! Most other courses I go to aren't as friendly as what you described. There's 2 or 3 I've been to, and those are the places I usually go (including my home course), because they are friendly to me. Other places I've been to, for one reason or another, aren't too nice to kids like me, even though I never start trouble. Those are the places I play, and never go back to.

The club I belong to is 165 dollars a season for a junior membership. For an adult its like 800 dollars.

I have a Jr membership at The Meadow Club in Fairfax, CA (near SF), which is a sick Alister Mackenzie design and it is like $60 a month which isn't bad at all. My parents also have three or four other memberships and I can play at any of those as well.

I was a member at 3 clubs in my district and it cost me $170 for all 3 combined but I didnt renew one of them so now my home club Mildura G.C costs me $60 a year and my second club in Comealla G.C which is $33 a year.

Its a bonus living in the country because they except any member they can get instead of the major city's where there a few hundred dollars and a waiting period.
