GOLFWRX Sneaker's thread - Post and discuss

Recommended Posts

After finding out many on this site is fellow Sneakerhead's.

Thought it would be cool to have a topic about your pick-ups and discussion on sneakers.

Post some of your sneakers and future ones you want.

This is a no brainer for me. I need at least 2 pairs, as usual.

I'll try to get some photos of my recent hauls.

I jog a lot so i always have nice running shoes. My casual shoes are usually shoes i used to run in, and then converted for casual wear when i buy a new pair

Nothing too new. But recently got the Luxury Goods 997s to match the Concepts X NB 997 Rosè.

Nothing beats Made in the U.S.A products.

After getting married and having kids I've semi-retired from the sneaker game. But the holy grail for me is the Space Jam 11's. I have tried to get my hands on those forever. Once Im successful I can officially retire and spend that money on Nikegolf products!

I used to grab a bunch of releases but lately all the colorways are all trash.

Went on a spending spree the past 6 months buying the following Jordan releases:

Jordan XIII-Cement Grey
Jordan XIII- Gym Red
Jordan VI - Infrared
Jordan XI - Legend Blue
Nike Air Penny

I'm probably selling the Gym Red and the Legend Blues, I dont wear them as much as I would want. I'm probably picking up a Vomero 10. I wish they would bring back the Vomero 6, imo the best neutral running shoe ever.

I was just looking at the Vomero 10 this morning. I ran my first half in the Flyknit Racers. I don't like lunar sole for running. it's a big soft for me and bottom out too fast.

Yeah, I know that's what they are selling for, a bit more in some places. You mentioned selling your pair so I was asking what you were looking to get out of yours?

I havent tried the Flyknit racers, but I have a friend who has bought every single pair/colorway possible and says he loves them. I kind of like the soft/cushiony feel and the Vomero 6 was perfect. I tried the 10's and they felt a bit stiffer but still felt good overall.

Nice DSMs up there.

I wear my Flyknits more than anything else, so I'm Selling off some of my collection. If anyone wears sizes 8.5 or 9 and is looking for anything in particular, give me a shout.

Doubt I will ever get rid of any of my NA AJ1s, but most of my other stuff will probably leave the collection eventually. Loved this hobby for a long time, but things have really changed and the "hunt" is nowhere near as fun as it used to be.

Good thread. Mostly into nike sb, vans otw and syndicate as well. Janoski lunar and janoski max have been my favorites recently. Wish the nike id on the max had some better options but the runs lately have been really nice.
[/quote]

I was also big on sb's. I remember camping out and waiting in line to get a pair of different SB's. Had some high top Tweeds and my prized one was the Homers. I then sold everything lol. Still have a couple of pairs but nothing too crazy. Now I just try to find the most comfortable pair of walking/running shoes and then some dress shoes.
