maxfli fire Tour putting???

i got it from dicks yesterday

they sent me this coupon that i can get 2 dozens for only $30!!

 

so i kinda searched threads and people said its like pro v1 for shots

its pretty soft, goes far and spins well when they r heating woods or irons

 

okay..what i really concern is putting

i dont know whether anybody cares about putting

but i do! haha

 

i tried nike juice once.

and i liked the ball except when i was putting

it feels kinda rocky. hitting a frozen ball?

most of the good balls like pro vs or tm tps have those soft nice feeling when im putting

 

i couldnt try outside on the real green this fire tour becuz its still freezing outside

so.. tell me guys.

This ball putts fine. It is a sleeper in my opinion. It will not spin back like a Pro v or a Callaway but it will stop on the green if you impart moderate spin. I actually like this ball due to the driver spin.( It doesn't ballon if you hit down on your driver like I tend to do at times. It is the same ball as the Burner TP with a slightly different dimple pattern. I have played both and don't see a lot of difference. The ball putts a lot softer than a HX tour in my opinion.

my favorite ball ever....if you include price, spin, feel, distance and everything going into the ball. i love it. dissapointed its gone...but i have yet to play the TM Burner TP yet as i bought 10 doz of the tour fires when i heard they were going to stop making them.

 

they put great imo. feel is great off the irons. and they stop great on greens. they dont spin back, but that maybe me more than the ball....but they do hit and stop.

Putting is great! It is the Burner TP, for sure, and while it does everything really well, I think the soft-ish feel of this ball is most helpful on the greens! It goes a mile, it spins plenty (everybody who thinks otherwise hasn't seen it back up on a firm, recently-aerated green, which I saw my buddy (a mid-handicapper) do last week in L.A.. It's really solid, and rolls very true. ANYBODY looking for a great ball at an insane deal should snap up the Burner TP, and to REALLY kick it up, ASAP, buy the Tour Fire and save more $$ over the Burner TP, ...and save a TON more over the other tour balls out there!

I agree with the others. Played with it most of last year and had my best year ever putting. Best thing I can say about the feel is I don't notice it (and I would if it was too hard or too soft). Will be switching to the Burner TP this year without a doubt.
