The bag honors the 50th anniversary of Mr. Players win at the U.S. open. The zippers on the bag are little "black knight" logos.

They sure seem to have a fascination with blue this year. I prefer the black, red, and white colors.

This ^ and also there is only so much you can do with red, white, and blue. They've done it before and they will do it again I am sure. I love red white and blue as well but it's a nice change and tribute to Chambers Bay

I get WHY they did it, just not for me. Don't like the subtle pattern design either. No worries - lots like it obviously. Just not me.

I think that should kept with the patriotic or black/red/white theme.
It also identifies the brand.
