I continue to try out the latest and greatest hybrids--- I even did a head to head test today with the Cobra TWS vs. Adams Idea Pro Gold - Both are great, but I keep getting convinced (all over again) that the TWS are the best hybrids I've ever hit. I tried them with a lot of different lies- fluffly, buried, hardpan- you name it- The Cobra's are shockingly, the best for me. Longer, a little higher, and more forgiving. I'm a 12 hc, if I were better, I might give the nod to the Adams, because I believe they're a touch more workable than the TWS, but I need forgiveness more than workability.

Oops, I thought this was a thread about Cobra Baffler Blades, which are my backup irons. I like mine. But Cobra kinda left me hanging 7 or 8 years ago. I know they are cast, I know they are not carbon steel, I know they have graphite shafts. But I like them all the same.

I use the TWS 4 and 5. They reward a smooth tempo swing and flush hit with excellent results. They are still fairly forgiving, but my swing is not consistent enough to give me steady results, like I get more often with my Mizuno MP CLK 2 and 3 hybrids.

I too have the 3 and 4 hybrids...the heads have little offset and set up well for different lies and conditions.
I have them with Aldila NV 60gm senior shaft...they are a bit longer than hybrids I've used in the past, but they are stable and release well...good shaft for slower swing speeds...
