Are these Nike Jordan's worth an exchange? Help!

Hi all, ordered a pair of the new Jordan's, they arrived and I'm excited but...one of the cleats isn't in properly. I take it off to find this. I know it's kind of small but these are limited shoes I want to wear and keep as long as I can. Have tweeted them displeasure with this quality but love the shoe look...help.

I got a pair of black ones that had a dark square patch the size of a quarter on the mesh. Problem is there is no stock to exchange with.

Clearly quality control issues.

It's not just the spike, I put a different spike in and nothing will set correctly.

Also, as I've just spent £165 on a pair of shoes I don't want to waste £10 for one spike. It's pretty unacceptable really taking such minimal care and selling as a premium...

I had this exact issue with one of my TW14' Nike ID shoes, called Nike Golf and returned it, received credit back to my account to order a new pair. In your case, since it's all sold out, you can still return it, but you won't be able to buy another pair.
you can either play without that one spike (feels weird I tried), or you can drill out the seat and superglue the spike on.

That's understandable I feel like there is always some pairs that aren't made right, was it a pins system spike you tried?

Looks like someone with super human strength tried to put the spike in and over twisted it! Or for some reason the guy was an ex NASCAR pit crew member and was using his gun from changing tires.

Hardly, I'm ipset about a 165 pound purchase and you're trying to jack by thread when you can easily Google it and find a ton of info. Or look at the dedicated thread here!!!

Anyway, yeah kinda shocking. Tweeted to no response, kinda annoyed. The spike has gone in after my dad had a play so I'll see how it holds up. Thanks!

It might be worth taking a spike out of a different hole and trying to cut a new thread with it.if that works I would contact Nike for replacement spikes.if you can't cut a thread then either return or glue in a new spike.

There will be a second release of these according to LOTS of sneakerhead sites. That said, buy a new set of spikes and use one of them and it'll spread the plastic back out.

Well to be fair, you did ask the same exact question twice in this thread an hour apart. And I'm not even sure it was a question you just said twice Nike Jordan's??? Common courtesy on the forums is wait at least a few hours before you repeat your question and if a quick google search can provide you the info it's better to spend five minutes on google than asking the same question an hour later. In that time you could've just googled it or waited for someone to respond, in this case the thread wasn't about questions regarding the Jordan's.

Thank you, kind sir. Top man. Yeah, I don't know what I'm going to do, the spikes seem okay now...will play tomorrow with them and see. If they're being restocked I'll press more! I'm UK not US so the number won't be an option for me, I'll find the UK one!

Hardly. I never heard of them before. All I saw over the past year was how there was never gonna be any. I did a Google search and what came up was something called a Runner and it looked nothing like a golf shoe. When you ignore my simple question I asked again.

Just use some gorilla glue. Are you really going to ever change out the spikes? Once the spikes are completely worn then the shoe will most likely have done the same. Then time for some new kicks.
