More recent equivalent?

I know this ball was the predecessor to the B-330s, but I feel like the 330-s feels harder off the putter. I hit the U-Tri Tour long with the driver and 3W as well. I love the way this ball plays on and around the green, plus it's really durable.
It feels the way that I like off the putter head, as good or better to me as the PRO V1.
I have only putted around with a Srixon Z-URS that I found near the 18th green at my home course, but the cover looks VERY similar to the U-Tri Tour and it putts somewhat like it. The thing that I wonder about the Z-URS is it spinny off the driver compared to the U-Tri Tour?
Anyway, I digress. If I love the feel and the tee performance off the U-Tri, is there a more recent equivalent?
I know I can get this ball at Target for $24.95, but as soon as I fall back in love with it, they will quit selling them...
I have yet to try to TP Red LDP, but I would guess there might be some similarities...
Anyway, let me know what you think.

^^ eh? the Zip isn't in the U-Tri-Tour's league in terms of greenside spin.

^^ i have played both the U-Tri-Tour and the Zip. in fact, still have a bunch of both laying around. IME, the Zip isn't close to the U-Tri-Tour in greenside spin, especially with respect to partial wedge shots. for that matter, i don't feel that the Zip really offers that much in terms of greenside spin in general when compared to other midrange 3-piece balls, especially the Tour Fire/Burner TP and NXT Tour. IME, the Zip plays a lot like a Srixon Trispeed. it's a good ball, but in terms of spin, the Zip ain't close to any ball with a urethane cover.

I was thinking of trying to TM TP Black LDP- I see that you are playing it? What do you like and dislike about it?

^^ actually, i'm playing the 07 TP Black, which is not the LDP. i like it a lot--it fits my game very well. i'm not a long hitter, and the TP Black is very long and straight for me. plenty of greenside spin, which i like. a high, but penetrating trajectory. there's nothing i don't like about it. for me, it performs better than the U-Tri-Tour, but it's not as durable.

 

the U-Tri-Tour is one of the most durable urethane balls out there, right up there with the Nike Ones (which of course are also manufactured by Bridgestone, just to Nike's specs). the 07 TP Black is easier to shred than the U-Tri-Tour. the U-Tri-Tour is an excellent ball, and one of the best buys in premium balls, since they are easy to find at your local Target or WalMart for less than $25/doz.

 

i've also played the Z-URS, and IME, it's less spinny off the driver than the U-Tri-Tour, and has similar greenside spin characteristics. it also has a higher trajectory than the U-Tri-Tour. however, it's not as durable as the U-Tri-Tour, but then again, few urethane balls are.

^^ which shows that ultimately, ppl need to try them out for themselves, and take ppl's experiences as a rough guideline. the U-Tri-Tour spins quite a bit more for me, for my swing and game.
