I think if Rocco was still on Callaway's staff would like these more than any of the x series.I know I do and I'm a 3 to 4 but I don't have time to practice and the Razr irons are like stealing ,they're so easy to hit. After a couple days I have seemed to have forgotten that they have offset. My friend has the razr tour irons and his are just as easy to draw as mine plus they are no where near as user friendly.Just my 2 cents.

I was looking at these and the Mizuno JPX 800's. Hit them similar but these came with they hybrid option that I couldn't pass up. These things almost swing themselves and it is near impossible to hit a crooked shot. Every shot is straight or has a super nice tight little draw. Did I mention the hybrids that come with them have a hot face? Easiest hitting hybrid I have ever used. To date 100% satisfied...totally happy with my choice.

The stock shafts suit me just fine, although to be honest any steel shaft suits me fine as long as it's at least 100-105g or so in weight. These are about 15-20g per club lighter than my DGS300 shafted Titleist DCI's, which is a nice moderately light weight.

The clubs themselves are working out well for me. I got 5-PW plus "A" and "S" but since there's no "L" in the Razr X for lefties I got a used one from the old Fusion set. I also added the Razr X HL 4-iron because to try instead of a hybrid club. Not sure yet how I like that option.

Just purchased these over the weekend and took them out for their first look at a course today. Tested eight sets before buying these. More GI than I am used to playing, but age, bad back and lack of practice time was a factor in the purchase of a new set of sticks. These do everything the marketing boys say. Not as long as the Cobra AMPS, but more steady shot to shot. Still able to move the ball, up and down, and right to left , not as easy left to right, but I have been having trouble finding a fade the last couple of years anyway, so I don't think it is the fault of the clubs.
Very impressed with the trajectory of a stock shot. Matched what I am used to with my 690mb's. Of course, not the buttery feel of a good forged blade, but not so muted that it is annoying either.
Overall, I would recommend these to anyone looking for a GI club that puts a premium on accuracy.

Just picked up a set of these new, now that they are pushing the Hot series, pretty cheap, really: $300. Seems like they will suit my aging 13 hdcp game. Anxious to get them out and to the range. This has been my M.O. Get last year's $800 set of irons after the new ones come out so I can afford them. I can just pretend it's 2012! Been playing a set of TM RAC's for a long time.

I'd be interested in hearing how those who have had them now for a season or so still feel about them.

I've been playing mine now for over 3 weeks. Irons and 3 wood. I love them. They are a clear improvement over my TM RAC's which I liked a lot as well. I love the look and feel of the RAZR X Blacks. A buddy of mine is getting ready to buy a set now, too, as he sees how they are working for me.

I've got the Razr X HL irons and they hit consistently and smoothly. Plus they are a good price at this point for a very good GI iron set. Mine brand new on ebay were just over 150 for graphite shafts for a 5-PW set. 2 years old? Yes. Do they do what they're supposed to do? Absolutely.
I can easily drive through the ball and take a little divot. No fighting and no fuss.

I have a Razr X Black Gap and Sand wedge and I love the look. The black PVD finish looks great (although I'm now sporting iron covers to protect these clubs).

I'm having them all re-gripped. Re-using the stock grip but building them up to match my driver.
The grip feels OK. It's not great, but it's not terrible. It still grips fine in the rain, too.

I just clicked on the thread to throw in my two cents because I played these irons for years. The stock RAZR X with the Uniflex shafts. These are solid golf clubs for just about anyone. They really don't consistently work the ball both directions, but they draw almost easily on well struck shots. They're cheap now too, so give em a shot, I'd say with s 300 ' s if that was an option. But they're very solid game improvement clubs and I went back to them as they're forgiving enough to really build confidence.
