While the 2.6 is my choice, I am very surprised to see it's popularity in the poll. I thought it would be a tight race between Fastbacks and Squarebacks with the 2.6 a distant 3rd. A lot more center shaft love than I thought!

I chose the Squareback because it is the most "original" as it copies only the Yes Diana and has no equivalent with Odyssey, Ping, Rossa, Bettinardi, or those other independent putter makers. I would like to harbor a guess also that the sweetspot of that should be closer to the center than the other Cameron models.

As for this thread. I also voted the Squareback. If I were going to buy another Scotty, that would be the one. I am very curious what neck options this model will come with.

 

 

Only the midbend (what you see in the pic) neck is set for this year. Next year you will see a plumbers neck, 1.5 neck, etc.

2.6 is the centershafted putter not the 2.7. The OP has the caption of 2.6 & 2.7 mixed up in his picture. :rolleyes:

Would love to try a Squareback, but I'm guessing the Fastback will suite my eye a little better. Maybe it can take the Red X5 out of my bag? Hope they have a plumbers neck option for retail though...
