Looking to move to Naples, Florida. I've heard of a company called Golf Life Navigators that help you. Has anyone used them? Or any recommendations?

I haven't heard of this company, however will comment on Naples. We just moved to Dublin, OH from Chicago and have a place in Naples for the past 10 years. I'm not sure of your finances however Naples golf is very expensive January-April. A course in Lely Resort will go from $49 in the summer to $169 in prime time. Country clubs are starting to go back up in initiation cost. The way to keep the cost reasonable is to look at properties with bundled golf.
The golfers who are retired and not wealthy mostly turn from golf to tennis in the winter. The price to live in a beautiful area where the grass doesn't turn brown in winter is steep in the winter.

I also have a condo in Naples. Bought it when prices dropped and they are already up 30%-40%. I'm still in my 40's, so bought it with retirement in mind as well as an investment. It's on a golf course that is a private, bundled community and the prices are reasonable. To give you a better idea, the condo fees are 1,000 a quarter, and the golf membership is 3600 (1800 in June and December). I rent it out for most of the winter (except for first 2 weeks of January). The rental pays for all the fees so it's basically free for me.

These guys are correct, bundled is the way to go. Right now TPC Triviso is $42. in two months it will be $200. The good news is that there is an endless selection of golf communities to choose from. A word of warning: Do some research regarding the course management. Several of the communities have gone to member ownership and when the fairways or greens need to be dug up (because they went cheap and didn't put enough top solid down in the beginning) the assessments can get frightening. Just make sure the ownership and stewardship is well established. (shameless plug alert!) BTW I know that you cant swing a cat in Naples without hitting a realtor but if you need a recommendation, I think my wife is pretty good! :golfer:

I already found my house prior to knowing they did that (wish I would have waited until I found a membership). Still worked out great and was an awesome experience and saved me a bunch of time trying to do it myself.
