Caribbean cruise vacation golf

Going on a family cruise departing from San Juan PR for the week of Thanksgiving. We'll be in San Juan the week before the cruise, so I'm hoping to get at least 2 rounds in PR and another 2 rounds at the cruise ports.

For those of you who have visited or played in any of these places, which would you recommend playing and which are better for touristy stuff?

 

Which courses are worth playing?

 

Is November a bad time to plan to play? I read that Puerto Rico can be very wet in Dec, so I'm assuming that probably applies to late Nov also. Is it generally too wet to play?

I've played Mahogany Run on St. Thomas (Nov 2010, May 2014, and probably the end of this week) and Mullet Bay on St Maarten (Nov 2011). Mullet Bay is far from anything special, and if you had the time, I would have recommended Temenos (I believe it's CuisinArt now) on Anguilla only a short ferry ride from St Maarten (played Nov 2011). From my experiences, I didn't find it too wet in mid November. As for Mahogany Run, I find it overpriced for what you get ($165 for target golf at 6300 yards). Don't get me wrong, I'll play it every time I'm down there, but it's partially because it's only course on St. Thomas. Beautiful views on back nine and wonderful staff, just course is limited to its layout. I've heard good things about Trump courses in Puerto Rico, can't speak to it though. Update...

My family is booked at the Wyndham Rio Mar, so I'll be playing the Ocean Course and the River course there (both have daily $65 hot deal prices on Golfnow).

I'm also looking at playing Marriott Royal St. Kitts Golf Club, but I haven't settled on any other golf outings. I'd like to plan at least one more, but the recent reviews for some of the options look bleak.

Course looks beautiful, but out of my desired price range. The Trump course in PR, Apes Hill, Christophe Harbour (St. Kitts, new Fazio course) and a couple others are all $200+ per round. I'd love to play them all, but I don't think that's going to happen.

If I had to choose one it would probably be Cristophe Harbour (if it's even open yet), but the reviews of Apes Hill are amazing also.
