Staying in shape
Yoga??? Pilates??? Tae Bow???I was wondering if anyone has tried doing yoga, pilates, tae bow, etc. to stay in shape and gain flexibility? I've just been doing a bunch of standard stretches, but after awhile now it's gotten kind of boring doing the same stretching routine for 30 minutes twice a day. It would be nice to change to something different. Anyone have success with these or something else?
