Yep. I had tried to figure out who you meant. All I court come up with was colonel decker from the A team ! And thought yes ! STP is a joke. Tour pros are the last guys I would look to regularly for info. I once asked a tour winner what shaft he played in his irons...his answer? "steel"

Ricky Barnes was on Matt Adams' radio show a few weeks back giving away a set of Wilson irons. Matt asked him what shaft he had in his irons. Ricky couldn't remember.

Likely not many as they (touring pros) are more concerned with what helps them play (performance) their best as opposed to those
that have a great set looking set of clubs (murdered out, custom ferrules, custom paint fill, matching shafts, grips, etc) that aren't really playable to the individual that actually owns them. A close look at the BST here and other places confirm that.
