I thought the exact same thing, that Driver grip looks shiney!
Is that really his driver grip? The shaft is black, that can't be a Rogue can it?

I love looking at Jordan's bag because it is so similar to mine!

915D2 in 9.5 - Check
915F in 15 - On order
712U 3 iron - Check
714AP2 4 iron to PW - Check
52, 56 and 60 degree Vokey - Check
Scotty Cameron 009 - Not quite a check but a GoLo

Pretty neat seeing someone on his level with such a similar bag now if only I used them as well as he does.

Hopefully he will stop copying you. Heard he even wears the same underwear as you.
The chances are pretty slim! He is even copying my haircut these days.

He's back to gaming the gray Cherry Bomb putter cover he gamed at the Masters?! Awesome. I picked that cover up once they sold off the remaining custom shop covers earlier this year.

I wouldn't consider using a putter cover as "gaming". The putter cover has zero capabilities in assisting the Spieth in scoring.

Think about how good he'd be if he played the CBs or MBs. It's a shame he'd rather take marketing money from Titleist than win tournaments
I am trying to understand just what you mean by this. Are you suggesting that Titleist is paying him extra money to play last years model AP2? because...... That simply does not make any sense.
I think the post was laced with sarcasm..

I have a soft spot for the ap2's and think they're one of the best multi piece irons on the market. If I were to jump ship from a one piece forging it'd be for the ap2 (or possibly the s55 replacement). Despite all of the talk about the 716 ap2 flop, if I were just getting into that lineup I would go 716 ap2 all day regardless of if the Spieth still prefers the 714.
I've played the 714 AP2s since they came out two+ years go. Tested the 716s last month pretty extensively and ordered a new set of 714s. I just like them better. Perhaps Jordan feels the same way. There is also the benefit of playing irons you're accustomed to. When you need to hit a shot its nice to look down on an old friend instead of a stranger.

Watching the ToC right now and looked like he had the Super Stroke grips on his clubs now. Might be mistaken but that's what it looked like.

Yup... he said that he hadn't had enough time to get use to the new "turf interaction" with the new 716's. He said it felt like they didn't go through the turf as smoothly or something. I believe it was golfchannel.com, but someone had an article with quotes from him about it... I'll try and find it and add it to this post.

Interesting to see that he has stuck with 714's. You can totally understand why he has done but I genuinely thought that the 716's would work there way into the bag over the winter, although from what I saw, his little waggle before he hit the ball that appeared before the end of last year seems to have disappeared. Perhaps he spent more time working on his swing that working with new clubs.

I'll of course deny thinking this, let alone writing a post on a golf forum about it, but I really liked the new blue accented bag.

Haha, I will completely deny posting to confirm that I agree with your assessment in that case. Was never a fan of the orange, the blue looks much nicer.

Anyone know the length of his DI 105 HY in his 712U 3 iron? I know it's bent 1 strong to 20* but is it longer than standard with the graphite shaft in it?

I had forgot that he only plays 6.0 Rifles. Weak for players on this sight.

712U, how old is that?! Cmon!

Is the O C RO intentional on the putter face or just wear?

compared to the beasts on this site, he swings slowly. he also doesn't have a very high ball flight so 6.5 would probably launch too low. I play 6.0 as well bc I try swinging irons like Fred Couples or Ernie...easy ; )
