That's the bag of the Waste Management winner right there.

Sir Phil is still loving dem Fubuki's. When's the last time he didn't have one in the bag?? The amount of sole removed from the 64 isn't subtle...some industrial grade angle grinding went on there.

GO PHIL!!!

I remember him switching to a Fujikura shaft when he won a Pebble, then it was back to the Fubuki

Yeah he had the tour spec and drove it great all week and smoked tiger then went back to Fubuki.

IIRC, Speeder Tour Spec in the driver, Rombax 80B in the 3W at Pebble and even Riviera when he lost in that playoff. I thought those were working for him, but with Phil, I guess you never know.

Any clue on his PW loft? Otherwise he is going PW - 56. That would be a large gap for even Phil to overcome.

I remember seeing a Cally video a while back where it said that his 52 is 50.5 and 56 is 54.5. The 60 and 64 play as stated. I've tried this set-up, but where as I like the 52 bent to 50.5, I don't like the 56 bent to 54.5. I just find it easier to manipulate the face of the 56 if I want a lower lofted shot than bending it and having to open it up. Also, I've wanted a PM 60, but I am glad I waited now that the black finish is coming out; they look so much better!

Hey guys,

I saw Phil is using the APEX Pro 16 but with a 20 on the hosel. I got a tour issue set with the same 20 on the clubs. I heard that this club are forged by Epon from a reliable source. Did anybody hear about this?

Really an odd location choice for the lead tape on the driver

Is this his way of transforming it from Sub Zero to Absolute Zero?

Phil has an unusually large black line on his ball..... any chance it's not a callaway?

Just posted about that in the WM thread. Could be. He loves to tinker.

The ball he gave the kid yesterday did as well and it has a Callaway logo.

Maybe he's playing a proto model or an old model.

The 20 pertains to the grooves. From the rough, these will launch the ball lower but with more spin the retail 37 degree grooves - at least I think that's what the retail ones still are... The 45 grooves will launch higher but with less spin when hit from the rough.

Saw this yesterday and 1st thought is was a huge clump of mud. then he putted and noticed it again. I've been a huge Phil fan for years and have never seen him mark a ball this wall. It's gotta be some prototype ball.

This is ridiculous. It's like the Tiger plays miuras with a swoosh threads.

Phil is not playing a Titleist or any other brand ball with a Callaway logo stamped on it.

If it were a ball with the line and no Callaway logo I'd buy it because Callaway doesn't seem to care when Phil uses other stuff from time to time.
