Why did Bridgestone fire the guys that designed the j40 line? Their recent stuff looks absolutely terrible. Appalling.

Wow. Is that true? I used to bag bridge stones, had all j40 bag. I dumped it all because I thought the j15 line sucked. i know it is kinda of stupid, but I wanted new clubs anyways, still play the bs balls.

It was tongue 'n cheek......but going from the minimalistic, clean design of the j40 range to this stuff - it begs the question. I'm still bagging j40 4wood, 3 & 4h, 5-pw cb's and 52 and 58 wedges. All still freaking amazing.

Yonex=awesome. Those shoes, not so much. What does everyone think about Bridgestone balls? Im sure the top level ball is at least solid, played on tour by a few so it must be, but I literally never see anyone playing a Bridgestone in local $ games our tourneys.

Interesting. Tons of bridgestone balls are played where I am. I'm really interested in the new model. I do like the previous version a lot.

King LTD driver is such a sweet stick, Bstone JGR looks pretty nice, but that red crowned model is awful.

I had the same thought, and they only keep the finish until you hit them.

The Yonex Forged MBs ARE salivation worthy. The Bridgestone looks like it belongs in the 2016 R7 lineup. I like the face though :)

This thing will be $5 on ebay in 6 months. I still won't want it:

It's pretty gruesome looking - but it fits a need. People need help getting the ball into the air.

The Yonex line has been strong starting with the TriG line and N1CB irons, which I've been gaming for a couple of months. I think a combo of the N1CBs and N1MBs would be great--I thought in person they looked a little less intimidating. And the new XPG line is pretty damn good--it's replacing the EZONE XP, but the driver is so damn loud it's crazy. Would probably be great with some cotton balls or hotmelt to dampen it. Even the XPG irons felt pretty damn solid and the new hybrid in the line was money; it'll finally be replacing my H370 Tour!
