***ATTENTION***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT***ATTENTION***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT***ATTENTION

Last year, in an effort to improve the capability of our forums, we switched to new software. We expected tremendous scalability and rapid customization that would significantly improve each Member's experience across multiple devices and integrate flawlessly with social media platforms.

Unfortunately, after a significant capital expense, we have decided that the length of time and the additional cost to reach our goals make this enterprise untenable.

Thus, we have made the difficult decision to transition the forums to our original software platform. We’re excited that, in the nearly two years since we began the process of our most recent switch, our original platform has been upgraded significantly, and we are confident that the reversion will not only provide the stability that we desperately needed prior to our last move but will also return to the Membership the high level of customization that made our online community so great. We have also added technical resources to the GolfWRX staff that will allow us to build custom modules and modifications that we are confident will take the forums to the next level.

We remain the world's largest online golf community, and we still hold true to our core values and mission statement as written in 2005. Bearing both of those elements in mind, being the best and offering our Members a platform that is world-class are both requirements, not options, and it is that spirit that has motivated this decision.

So, please pardon our mess over the next five days or so while we transition the forums.

A few important notes: Current content will be accessible during that time, but the forums will be READ ONLY, and you will not be able to start new threads or reply to posts. Personal Messaging is enabled but PMs sent/received from the time the board was frozen will not carry over. We know this is inconvenient, and we apologize, and we greatly appreciate GolfWRXers bearing with us through the transition.

We are very excited about starting this next chapter for GolfWRX and getting back to the high-quality Member experience we all expect as soon as possible.

Thought this would be something needed in this forum....Post up your JDM specific stuff i.e. NOT AVAILABLE IN THE US.......EVER.....Some of us drool at manufacturers pics but I enjoy looking at real lie photos not "enhanced" for our pleasure.

For Me......Not nearly the collection some of us have but I seriously have to contain myself each time I visit because I literally Want Everything. I always give myself rules that the stuff must be able to fit in my check in luggage so this typically limits me to accessories, wedges, and wood heads. This stuff I previously picked up back in my latest trip in July and with 3 more coming up this year I'll be adding to this. I also have some cool head covers I'll post up later. Sorry for the dirty/sawdust covered woods...

1. Vokey Forged Wedge (Not "Cold" forged) 48/58 these have a nice milled face but nowhere near the face of spin milled or the TVD's below.

here's mine... the bag itself has changed twice since this photo, but the clubs remain the same ( apart from going to a Seemore putter)
Nice coppers. I'll post my set when it gets back from a shaft change.

In the bag above the epon 901 DI wasn't mentioned, have one of those being shafted with an ad DI right now

Hey guys, just wondering, how does the epon 901 DI work with the AD DI? Is it a good combo? And how is the forgiveness like?

If I am using 70g on my 3 wood and usually a 85g on hybrid, should I go with the ad di 95g on this if i plan to get one?
The 901's great - forgiving etc. I use the same steel C-taper shaft as my irons, but you could go down a little in weight if you like... 95 gm sounds about right.

Will have to let you know once I get it back, not exactly a combo you can walk in and demo. But I already had a few of the 901's and realized it's .370 so I didn't have to do a bunch of work to make it fit, figured why not. I went with the 95.

Looks like Yamaha has grown into the Largest supplier of musical instruments in the world.
I had Yami dirt bikes as a kid and when i was looking to buy a ATV a few years ago Yamaha had the best reliability reviews. Purchased a Kodiak model and it has been fantastic.
So when i found out they made golf clubs i was very interested. The 2012 Impres XV tours peaked my interest in 2013 and will finally be able to hit them this spring. IT would be cool to have a Yamaha golf bag to match, not sure if they make them. All the best to you BIG STU in 2016.

I have a set of JDM Srixon's. I swear they feel different from the ones that are offered in the states, but it may be more of the shafts (I have hit the US version w/DG S300). But what I did notice is that each club I have has an individual serial number v a set serial number.

Hey guys, just wondering, how does the epon 901 DI work with the AD DI? Is it a good combo? And how is the forgiveness like?

If I am using 70g on my 3 wood and usually a 85g on hybrid, should I go with the ad di 95g on this if i plan to get one?
Nice coppers. I'll post my set when it gets back from a shaft change.

In the bag above the epon 901 DI wasn't mentioned, have one of those being shafted with an ad DI right now
The Egg hybrid is very easy to hit. It's so hot though that distance control is difficult. It can easily go 10 yards further than you want sometimes.

Will have to let you know once I get it back, not exactly a combo you can walk in and demo. But I already had a few of the 901's and realized it's .370 so I didn't have to do a bunch of work to make it fit, figured why not. I went with the 95.

So how is the ad di 95 doing for you with the 901?

Could you describe the flight of the ball and the ease of use?

I don't have it back from my club guy, will let you know in a week. That'll be range only too as we have snow on the ground for a month more. Putting it in a 20* and have a 23 with modus 120x to compare against.

Please keep us posted. I would love to hear. I like the Machine thats in my AF-901 but if the AD-DI works well Id give it a whirl.

Have hit a few times, will be back on the course in 2-3 weeks hopefully. Hit a few at the range and flight was predictably low, really like DI shafts so feels amazing. Got a longer session in on flight scope yesterday, was smashing it. Ball speeds about 10-12 mph slower than my driver! As you know the head is huge but paired with DI it feels ridiculously soft when struck well. I was hitting it ~220 in the air with a flight that will roll out to 240+, I carry driver ~255.

DI 95 S. Play a DI 6s driver, ~75 gram 3 wood, and also have a couple Titliest 816's with the 90 gram Speeder, think the DI 95 will work well.
