Not sure what you mean here. They are not manly even though they have been worn for hundreds of years. I guess you are right. We were all sissies until the baseball cap was invented. Look at pictures from the 30's 40's and 50's. I don't think there is a much cooler look than an overcoat and fedora. Very dapper.

A lot of the Lindeberg stuff is worn by tour players before it is released. Those hats are both part of the Spring/Summer 2009 range which will be available from Feb/Mar in the new year.

I'm sorry.  My sincere apologies, I really wasn't trying to sound un-grateful. Actually thanks for telling me the name so I can search for something instead of "j lindeberg fedora", which never yields any results

 

I'm sorry for being a bratt about it.

 

So I did find it on J lindebergs website but I can't find it in the online store and Lindeberg doesn't sell the majority of his line in his online store...I know its out there somewhere.

 

About a year ago I found a websight selling the Jesper hat but, sadly I can't find it anyomre.

CJ...I was in a lousy mood this morning, sorry :)

 

As I said the hats are part of the 2009 collection so it's going to be february or march before they hit any of the stores. i am in the uk so im not sure where sells lindeberg stuff stateside but i buy most of mine from www.trendygolf.com and I know they do deliver to the USA. Hopefully with the pound being so weak against the dollar, the prices might be a bit better than usual for you guys!

Seriously, are people here trying to defend this hat by saying it was cool back in the 50s, or by saying that Jesper wears one, so it's okay? Jesper used to flip his brim up on his baseball hat, he eats volcanic sand, and he's from Sweden. Enough said. If you want to wear a hat like that, go ahead, don't let my opinion stop it. But I'm just trying to save you from being laughed at on the first tee. Unless you want to look dapper.
