Vapor Fly TW driver

Looks like a cool driver but I am very happy with my TW Speed driver. I just have no reason to purchase this.

 

And what's kinda funny, TW has yet to even play this driver on tour and by the time he comes back, he might have moved on to something else by Nike anyways.

tiger was hitting it when he was giving that clinic. solid black top no logo and bottom was like the fly pro but smaller. it should be a nice driver but I'm still going to wait till the 2017 drivers are released and see what all changed they have made to them and if it's nothing special I'll jus buy the vapor fly pro or flex when the prices drop to 170.00 like the vapor drivers are now. buy a fw and driver for the price of one brand new one. im cool wit not having the new new once they release. they all do the same thing jus different color theme

I love the TW Vapor. I have a shop that lets me take anything I want on the course for a demo and I demo almost everything. The TW is still the best driver that works best for me personally. I've always hit smaller club heads better. In adjustable drivers, an open face Is almost always the best setting for me and I always cut the shaft down to 45". So it's like the TW came set up the way I would have adjusted it anyways.

 

I'm interested in trying the Vapor Fly version of it. It could be the club that knocks the TW Vapor out of the bag for me. If it doesn't, I'll keep trying new things just in case I find something I hit better than what I have. If not, I'm ok with that. I've never hit better and more consistent drives in my life

Yep...I'll be hanging onto then Vapor version of this driver for a long time now. Would have eventually picked up the fly version but we all know that's never coming.

Too bad the TW vapor is the only driver that has lasted more than a range session in my buddy's bag. He has been looking for something to beat his R9 and was talking to me how the TW gave him lower spin and more roll and he can work a draw with the smaller head. This would have been cool to see come out

Wonder if this driver will be in the bag next month now!? I think its safe to assume he hasn't and won't change from Nike for a while yet with a "possible" exception of the putter. And even that, I'd be surprised if he wasn't swinging a method.

I for one think that Tiger will have 0 Nike clubs in the bag come October. Not because he didn't like them... more so that the time to move on is now and he has had over 2 months to prep with new sticks

I bet he has a pretty good understanding of what clubs will be in play when he returns... I just doubt that any will be Nike

He very well could play the driver as it is USGA approved. Unfortunately for us there won't be a retail release.
