Dammit Club Ho, I hate you and youre incredibly stylish golf attire!! :) I do like Hugo Boss, but I dont have any BOSS golf gear. Lindberg is made for skinny guys and BOSS definitely makes some nice suits for athletically built individuals.If you're gonna be a club-ho, might as well be the best dressed. :) Oh and dont tell me that you wear FJ Alligator custom classics, I can only take so much....... :) lol

LOL :) In fact I have some Footjoy Classic, but not the gator version though - but my favorite golf shoes by far at the moment is the Adidas Tour 360 limited - have a pending order on 4 pair (black/white, white/black, Black/orange and white/brown) :ok: I'm not that skinny - 6' 4", 200 lbs (pounds) - but J Lindeberg fits me pretty well. I do work out a bit though, but I think people have too much respect or fear of wearing fit cloths. I agree it doesn't look good on fat guys or stout guys - but much more guys could wear J Lindeberg, than what most in here think.That's the case in Scandinavia, Europe, where I'm from any ways..........

AHHHH!  Another huge Dane, imagine that.  :)  I cant wear slacks with a slim fit cut to them, thats the only problem.  Im 6'2", 240lbs with a running backs build, so I have to fit them over my legs.  Dont get my wrong, it's a great problem to have, but it eliminates slim fit type pants.

 

If I wear a 36 waist, I have to buy 40 so that it doesnt look like Im wearing tights.  I mean I COULD walk around like that, but it's not very comfortable. :)

 

For shoes, I dont care much for the addidas, but Im not an addidas guy.  I talked a buddy into getting those and he LOVES them.  I wear all the TWs from 2007, those "limited edition" ones.  Im a season behind in shoes, it's cheaper that way.  I miss the REAL classics, with the leather bottoms and steel spikes.  I still sneak spikes into my Nikes, just have to avoid cartpaths.

Started out with Dockers Golf pants. Went to Nike Dri Fit - major improvement. Now it's Under Armour - THE BEST golf pants! In the summer they breath REALLY well and in the winter combined with some Under Armour base layer leggings they are comfortable.

im not sure where you guys are getting your haggars,greg normans,dockers and or ashworths,but i found most of these brands in marshalls. at 12.00 and 16.00 dollars ,not a comercial but they have a lot of golf apparel at great prices ,sorry if it came out as a comercial , take care

Best pair I own is a pair of Ralph Lauren Purple Label. Luckily I know some people that work for Ralph Lauren and was able to get these for about $50.

My son wears JL troon paints, but doesnt like the feel of the seams down the legs. Great looking slacks though. For comfort, he likes some of the Ralph Lauren slacks. Golf specific, Puma makes some nice slacks that are a lot like the Troon, but have a more full fit.

Been wearing standard issue dress slacks, but desperately trying to find some non-cuffed golf pants with a "notch" at the ankle, to allow a better fall over the cleats. Any ideas on brands that make these?

My seamstress "notches" the hem for $7 a pair. I have almost all of my golf pants done. I think it looks cool in a European kinda way. I usally find Perry Ellis or Calvin Kliens at Macy's. They have alot of pattern types. I tend to shy away from solid pants.

I was able to snipe a pair of brand new white JL troons on ebay for a steal. I now have been able to snag 3 brand new pair in the last month for $30 a pair! Heck, my Wranglers almost run that :)

just picked up some sweet grey plaid pants from banana republic last night, my second pair from there. they're really nice, not a loud plaid but subdued. I also have some penguin, JL, and J. Crew

What pants have a relaxed fit to them.. not too relaxed, but not super tight.. i dont like anything tight fitting around my legs and/or crotch region hahaha

 

I usually wear shorts, but want some pants too, its starting to get cold.. i usually wear adidas 3-stripe shorts or the nike flat front dri-fit plaids.. anyone?

do you have a kohls in your area? If so, the Dockers "City" fit is real nice and can be found very cheap.

i have these 3yr old nike pants that are lasting me forever. they are so well made. don't know what they are called but the tag has rn#56323 and ca#05553 if that means anything. flat fronts. haven't seen them since anywhere, sux.

Also, Ive mentioned it before but if you guys like the JL's and Pumas and other slim styled pants, try out the Volcom Rowley chinos. Much cheaper and you can get em in cool colors,too. Ive got em in black, tan, and like a rust/orange. Nice flex material.

Just picked up two pair of Daniel Cremieux slacks from Dillards. Normally $90 for $45. They are 70% polyester and 30% rayon. Really light and very comfortable with a great drape to them. Only have them in pleated however.

I am picky about slacks off the golf course, but not on the course.

 

RL Purple Label and Burberry make fantastic trousers but I would not wear them on a golf course - I would ruin nice pairs of slacks in short order. The red clay soil here in GA just does not come out of any fabric, and I'd rather have it stuck in a not-so-nice pair of slacks.

 

I just picked up several pairs of microfiber slacks at the PGA Tour Superstore. For $14 per pair. I don't care who you are - that is a ridiculous deal even if they only last half a season.
