How to Leave BST Feedback

I wish this could be pinned in the BST section, but maybe it will help some by posting this here as I really am not sure where to put it...

 

I think it is important to leave feedback after BST transactions in support of this community in order to build trust with others for future deals, swaps etc. So many users reply to my feedback request PMs not knowing how to leave feedback. I took the time to do a couple screen shots as an easy tutorial on leaving BST feedback. Hopefully it helps anyone out that doesn't know how to leave feedback. If everyone I had dealings with over there years took the time to do this, I would easily have over 400 feedbacks. It isn't the number that I am so much concerned about, but rather the reputation of being a quality buyer or seller on here. It just helps for someone to read others feedback and say if I blindly send this guy my money, he is going to sell me what is promised, or blindly mail me something in a trade etc...

 

So here is how to leave feedback and it takes a matter of 60 seconds tops depending on how fast you type or click :D

It's doable on mobile browser also. Just have to scroll to the bottom, click the button that says 'full version', and follow the tutorial.

You cannot leave feedback using the App.

 

The site management is no longer supporting the App. They will tell you to use the web-based Full Version for best results.

Thanks for posting this. I get the "how do I leave feedback" question as well. My feedback should be in the mid/high forties but it is what it is. I've left feedback for every member I done a deal with.

Well done putting this together.... But the entire bst design needs an overhaul. If people including me have had trouble figuring out how to leave feedback maybe the site design needs to be looked at. Not many will search out how to leave feedback. They'll either figure it out or skip it altogether

I have to agree with Hoosier. I wish it were as easy as leaving FB on eBay. The guys on BST may be good golfers but several I've dealt with were a little dense in leaving FB. These things really need to be stupid-proof.

Amen to this!! I always try and be good about leaving feedback in hopes to build a trustworthy base around here. I get people are busy but there is a lot that goes into selling and shipping an item, a simple couple of second to provide feedback would be greatly appreciated!! LOL

To leave feedback on GolfWRX:

1. Click the feedback score of any user, including yourself:

2. Enter the name of the user you want to leave feedback for and click Add Feedback.

3. Enter the following:

- Whether the user was the Seller or Buyer

- Enter the type of feedback (Positive or Negative)

- Enter a helpful comment

- Optionally, enter the URL of the BST advert or thread relating to the feedback

4. Click Add Feedback and you are finished.

Why do we have to put it in the name of the person were leaving feedback for if I click on their feedback score. It should automatically revert to their profile. #justsayin

I recently did a deal for a wedge. Transaction was great. Left feedback for the seller (I was the buyer). I got no feedback from the seller. So I now have a personal policy that if I do not get feedback from the other party I am noting that in my feedback for that member. I left a positive feedback for the above deal - and added I did not receive any feedback in return. Im a big believer in feedback in the medium we participate and I simply do not understand why someone wont take 30 seconds to return the favor. My score is 114 and it really should be upwards of 135 or 140. First world problems I know....
