Titleist 915D3 -- makes no sense

Anytime you reduce spin you also reduce the amount of curvature that the ball makes, so if the 915 is supposed to be lower spin, it should also tend to want to curve less.

That is, if you can hit it straight already and hit the middle of the face pretty often.

For me it is the R15, and i am a Titleist fan.

+1 on that. I have gamed both, and SLDR was by far the longest driver I have ever hit, but the misses were very punishable.

I just did a 915 on course testing in Phoenix over the New Years, and it wasn't necessarily longer (roughly 10 yards shorter) but was definitely straighter>>>also want to note that it was 55F so that could also attribute to the lost of distance.

915D3 is a great stick, but the Cally Alpha DBD with the Rogue Silver made me change my mind quickly. Titleist was a close second but the ball speed of the Alpha was too great to ignore.

Played my first round today with my 915d3 today. Given the smaller head relative to the d2, I thought I would still curve it a fair amount, but it really does want to go straight.

Just put a 915 D3 in play with a Diamana d+ 70, silver/white, stiff, 9.5*. Amazing. Unreal. Consistent. Straight, best driver I've ever used. I've tinkered with a lot but finally got fitted for right shaft and that made total difference. Hitting great, long drives, 100% confidence over every tee shot.

I paired the d3 with kaili 60 blueboard its an amazing combo... Something about the two gel perfectly... Boom town like a laser

D3 was good but i liked d4 a little better less spin
