I bought a callaway terra firma bag last summer and it broke in like 2 months. The bag just slides out from under itself. If i dont wedge it into the ground or position it perfectly the bag slides forward and the legs get extended alll the way until it falls. This is unbelievably annoying and i was wondering if anyone experienced this / knows how I can fix it.

i don't see anywhere in your post where you say " gee and then i called callaway who has the best customer service in the known universe and they said......."

I'll bet you just about anything that they'll replace it for free.

 

I inquired about a replacement putter head cover and they said "what's your address? we'll ship you one for free."

 

And come to think of it, a friend of mine had the same issue.. he said the problem was with the rubber feet on the stands... said they didn't grip hardwood/tile and his bag did a split on the floor. He called and they sent him a Warbird Hot Stand Bag, and he shipped his broken bag back.

Call Callaway or go back to a Callaway dealer and they'll take care of it for you. Callaway has been known to go beyond doing what is right to make a customer happy and in your case it's only taking care of a defective product so it should be pretty painless.

 

I had one of them for awhile. Thought it was a nice bag and never had a problem with it.

I sent my broken Terra Firma in for warranty and they sent me a brand new bag.

Just called Callaway - their customer service was awesome and they are shipping me a new bag. They clearly made a mistake on this bag, and I appreciate them taking care of me. Will def purchase their products in the future.

awesome to hear, because I just bought one of these... It was at my local callaway center, retail 199.99 holiday special 69.99! I was like holy crap, I have no choice but to buy this, even though it's black and orange. Maybe I'll have to get a ft-9 now....

had a old cally bag, ball pocket ripped called customer service and told me to pick any stand bag out from there website and it was mine, i paid 80 for the original bag and got a 200 bag for my troubles callaway is always great with there products long as it is within 2 years.
