My newest C&L!!!

This is my third, yes third, C&L. I already have two oil cans, one with a sight dot, one with a sight line. I contacted Chip in mid December looking for a ss head. ONLY TWO WEEKS later this arrived at my door. These pictures dont do the putter justice!!! I cant not say enough about the craftsmanship and attention to detail. These are the finest putters made. I cant wait to get the mallet!!! Let me know what you think.............

It is the Savannah gold or torched(satin finish) depending on where you are from :D

Very Nice. I just took delivery of a CL-2 form C&L. I agree the best putter I have ever owned. The attention to detail, crisp clean lines, and great finsih blow doors off of most of the custom putters I have seen. I used to be a die hard Cameron fan. No more. What kind of finish is that on the stainless head?

I think I prefer the sight dot. I started with the sightline, and loved it. But, then found myself worring to much about being lined up perfectly; instead of just putting. I needed to get back to just seeing it and putting; so I went to the sight dot. I have been putting better ever since. The improved putting has been due to better mindset moreso than sightline or sightdot. Does that make sense?

 

Dont let the pictures fool you; I am not the worlds greatest photographer.:D The finish is perfectly uniform.
