Sure your SSB/LUX looks good, but How does it Roll?

Mine rolls just as good as high end putters. You really cannot go wrong with a Chris Jordan and Lamont masterpiece

I got two prototypes, The first run for SSB (its way nice), 345g stainless brushed finish, and the milling is a really nice vertical milling pattern and I own the only cast Stretch Proto (fatback) tourched and it is 365g and has a very nice feel

 

Both rolls the ball smoothly.

Yeah I saw yours...amazing. I've got a sweet stamping design for the Proto X I want, but I'd rather have it in 1018C than 303SS. I'm going to talk to CJ about it. You do like the feel of the 303SS though?

303 SS with the right milling can feel pretty close to carbon steel. The SS that they are made of feel good. To tell you the honest truth, i got rid of my C&L 350 milled carbon steel putter to make room for my SSB and i do not regret it at all

I was wondering the same thing, as I am considering a Lux putter.

Mind you I am a terrible putter, but not nearly as bad with the Lux. It perform so well that I find myself looking for ways to keep it out of the bag (my current excuse is I need a face balanced putter for my stroke, but who am I kidding? I'm not consistent enough), but it always seems to find it's way back in. I bought it as a keepsake, but it is really the best feeling and rolling putter I have (Karsten Anser, Anser 2 SS, Anser 2F, Baby Ben). I know the original Lux haters said that the cast would feel too hard, but it really has a great soft feel. The milling pattern does exactly what they say it does. I don't know if I would go with a carbon steel with that milling because the stainless is already quite soft. I may have to just get another Lux (like the weight at 345) this summer so I can actually keep the other one as a keepsake.
