Interesting to see the differing opinions. I can't stand the square toe, and the raised/squareish topline section. Not sure what that is called exactly. But the flow from the hosel to the topline

I am VERY picky when it comes to how irons and wedges look at address.

 

That's why I'm still using 10 year old r7 TP's and SCOR wedges that honestly aren't the best fit for me in terms of bounce. The good thing is it stops me from being a big hoe like most on this site

 

Wedges in general have just gotten big and bulbous looking. I used to love the original Spin Milled. I think manufacturers are realizing it too tho, as the SM6 is a much better shape than SM5

Check out my signature. 3 clubs added in 3 years, and my driver has been in the bag 7 years and 11 months! No Ho here. I dig simplicity. These are simple. From the one address position picture posted, I would probably want to square off the toe a bit. But outside that, really a superb offering.

The wedge just says MD Forged, so it looks like it's not being associated with a number. Probably kind of like how PM-Grind is a stand alone offering, not technically part of the MD3 line.
