A work of art sir! How much care will be required to keep the hosel aligned? The patina will change the look and of course we will all want to see the finished product photo.

The hosel will always stay aligned. When the hosel enters the head it turn from round to square. One benefit of using a hosel like this is say a few month or a year down the road, the customer goes thru a stroke change and now needs a different neck. Instead of having to purchase a completely new putter, he can send the putter back in, with a description of the neck he needs, and we can build the neck, and replace the one that is on the putter with the new neck.

Boy, I wish I had a CNC mill! It's funny, despite the very elegant machining, my favorite part has to be the hand peening. Wait until that part oxidizes a little, then polish the rest. The constrast will be amazing.

Hello Everyone,

 

Wanted to share this pic with yall. Here is the putter after the Patina has been applied. The putter has also recieved the Pre-Worn finish.

 

The Dark patina like this is only one of the Patina's we can do. We can vary it with different patina's if the customer wants.
