I have the #4 utility iron with a Vizard IB105X shaft in it. It's easy to hit, but the shaft gives it a very high trajectory. If you're looking for a low penetrating ball flight for windy conditions, I recommend NOT going for the IB shafts. I'm happy with the high flight and it is a VERY forgiving head, but I swap in my set 4i if it's windy.

I hit them at the Demo Day last year. Liked the clubs. Reminded me of the 2005 RAC TP / Srixon ZTX-II irons which is a GREAT thing! Underrated yes, a bit out of the norm. Would like to see a less rounded profile on the 10i.

There's such a big difference between the Tour World Series and the rest of Honma's releases.

Played again with these today. Feel, look and perform real good. You can see the quality if the finish. Like fourteen's iron heads you can see the quality satin and the sa,e for the darker bead blast face finish. No cost were spared in comparison to so many sets out there today.

Buddy of mine has been playing some 737 with the DI and the 50 gap wedge, the clubs are really pretty sweet. Blade length looks short enough but also have a little height to add some forgiveness it seems. Paired with the Modus he is hitting them farther than his old JPX 825 pros. The flight is a pretty thing to watch. Wouldn't mind giving these a shot at some point.

I play the 717M's and I'll never sell them. I might buy and try other irons, but these won't be going anywhere. Best feel/turf interaction I've played. The quality of their finish is as good as anything made. The price you can get them for are a steal. And if you watch them on eBay... they have excellent resale value.

New driving out coming out in July. Forged as opposed to cast. And quite a bit more expensive. Looks nice, but I ended up ordering a #3 in the current model as I'm pretty well satisfied with the #4 I bought previously.

Does anyone have any experience with the wedges? The sole on the 58-12 looks like it would be pretty versatile for a player who needs some bounce.

I was ready to jump on the band wagon, give these 37's a shot, ended up buying a 4-P set of V's with modus. Once they arrived, I just couldn't get along with their appearance. They remind me of my MP54's from years back. Now they're still wrapped in plastic in their box until I decide what to do with them. I find it strange why they made so many similar CB's in one year. Almost confusing.
