Is this because they have the most of money of any of the manufacturers? Or are their balls really that good? Never tried one but I'll admit, I'm intrigued.

So this means he's not an owner or interested in buying Taylormade?

He was never buying TaylorMade, but Tiger signing with Bridgestone finally puts that rumor to rest.

I don't know if Bridgestone is paying more than anyone else offered. Bridgestone made Nike balls early on and Tiger liked the early Nike ball, so my guess is that Bridgestone was a natural fit for him.

Lets face it Bridgestone is the only ball company that could sign him, no one else with deep pockets is left. The nike model of over paying sponsorship has forced a market correction especially in golf

What does the weak field have to do with his score? And no-77 is not good. I do not recall anyone saying he would win right out of the gate.** But heck, you may be right. Time will tell.
