Iomic grip rounded edges?

I am contemplating getting my first Iomic for my new Betti. However, I like hard edges, but not all the way up. Does the top of the putter grip have rounded edges like a Pingman and then sharpen as it goes down?

 

Also, I like a Pingman with 2-3 layers of tape. Would that be close to a Midsize??

The edges are pronounced, but not "sharp." It sounds like you are looking for the same kind of grip I was...then I found Iomic.

Pronounced would be a good description, just as liveagua stated. I wouldn't call them sharp....more of an eased edge. At the top, it is more rounded for the 1st inch or so. I may be able to get some pictures if it would help.

My normal grips are +9 wraps, so I have pretty big hands. The Iomic just sits in your fingers better than other grips. You could put +2 wraps under and Iomic and see how you like it. I like my White Iomic and it is standard I think

I have two wraps under a midsize Iomic and love it. Best grip ive owned period.

I use two wraps under a standard iomic. Makes it a little larger than a PingMan. Just right!

Not to threadjack... but, How well to the Iomic grips handle sweaty hands? When it gets hot out I can go through 2 gloves a round...

the standard iomic (small) is the same shape as the pingman grip. you just need to add an extra wrap for the same girth.

 

the medium iomic has the sharpest edges near the butt of the grip

 

the large iomic has the rounded edges.

No problem, the more you sweat, the tackier it will feel. These grips are like a tacky, smooth, firm silicone type feeling. No problem for wet weather or sweaty hands.

Ok, sold. I just picked up a Bimini and don't like the softish grip it comes with...
