i tested the cleveland hibore monster xls 10 deg with stiff aldila dvs shaft and although i liked the distance it gave the sound is too loud for me..it makes me feel that its going a long way even when i am offline in the sweetspot which fools you into thinking that youve sent it further!!

for all it maxing dimensions i still felt that it wasnt as forgiving as the callaway big bertha diablo which i finally purchased, however as a cleveland driver fan i feel that its still a forgiving and good driver but not for me this time!

MX-700 driver- I don't comment on here, but I fealt compelled because of how good this club is. I also have absolutely no allegance to any brand. To prefice this-I'm a 15 hcp and I have a swing speed in the 100-108 range. I hit a low drawing ball with the driver and am always struggling with consistancy off of the tee. I hit all irons like a single digit hcp. My misses are snap hooks(overswinging or quick). My gamer club is a MP600 with an Epic 68S 45" total length. I love it when I'm on(280-310yds) but lose some love on my bad days or hungover days. I've tried to replace this club for 6 months and can't, until now. I have purchased 8-10 drivers(too embarrassed to count) in the past year and nothing compares! This club looks almost identical to the 09 burner but has twice the pop! very hot face! The Exsar stiff shaft fits this club very very well. This club is high launching and super low spin. I love it. Just put it this way-my three playing partners asked to hit it during the round today because of what it did for me! We were A-B-C-D players and all hit it better than our current sticks. Afterwards, I thought I shouldn't have let them hit it and lose my competitive advantage. :russian_roulette:

I'm happy to say my exhaustive and expensive driver search is over. :partytime2: Seacrest out.

I have hit the MX-700 also.

I think you are right about it being good for a player that is fighting a low draw ball flight like you described.

I on the other hand, I have a normal high fade ball flight with most drivers and I found the MX-700 to exaggerate this ball flight.

I hit the MX-700 with a 9* loft and stock Stiff flex shaft for an entire round.

I did not hit one drive that flew from right to left with it even when I tried.

I hit a few extremely sky rocket high and long fade drives with it and a bunch of high slices.

Mizuno does not offer it with an 8* loft head.

I feel that if a golfer has a low draw driver ball flight then it should be a good driver to try, but if you already have a high fade ball flight I would not consider the Mizuno MX-700 as one of your choices.

I almost forgot to say I hated the loud sound of contact.

It had a low quality, contrived and pretentious sound.
