Peachtree City Pro Shops

So I just moved down to Peachtree City from Douglasville and headed over to the only "retailer" listed on Google to get my putter re-gripped, to find out that Golf Villa left in 2016 and no one has heard a word. I'm wondering if any of my Peachtree City, Sharpsburg, Newnan, and Fayetteville Wrxers know where I can go to get my clubs regripped. Is my only option these club corp courses' pro shops?

I thought there were a couple smaller shops in PTC. Been awhile since I've been there but there was one next to the Stein Mart store on 34 East. Don't recall the name. The pro golf closed in Newnan so as did the independent on Temple ave. Not sure if Sports Academy does any work on clubs... all you have is Dicks Sporting Goods. You might could call Summergrove GC in Newnan and ask them who they use. Best of luck.

Thanks man, I play over at Summergrove since it's the only course not pushing a $200 membership a month everytime I walk through the door. I'll ask them the next time I'm in there.

I worked in Newnan when Summer Grove was being built..they temporarily had the proshop in the pool house. Lol

I was allowed to play it one day prior to opening and was on 17 tee box when this Black Range Rover I believe pulls up next to the tee box....back window rolls down and this elderly fellow says I'll wager 10K you can't par it....front window rolls down and the young fellow driving shakes his head "no" and they pull off...turns out to have been the Sr Mr. Jemsek and his grandson. Eventually met them all..they are nice folks.

They sold to Cannongate (your 200 a month problem) a few years back but the Jimsek's bought it back I understand. Orchard Hills is a decent course...a links style. There's another course on 29 North in Newnan at Lake Redwine but it's pretty tricked up with blind shots and runoff areas into ravines from good tee shots.
