Still working pretty good for me! Would maybe kill me if I played on super fast greens, but I've only played 4 times all 2016 so when you play that little I guess I'm not missing it much! :)

Maybe making some big changes for 2017. We'll see but since I haven't been playing as much I'm thinking of switching to more forgiving clubs with heavier, less-stiff shafts.

I've been thinking something like:

Taylormade M2 w/ T1100 HZRDUS 75g 6.0 when released

Taylormade M1 w/ T1100 HZRDUS 85g 6.0

Taylormade M1 21* w/ HZRDUS Black 6.0

Titleist 716 T-MB 4 w/ DG TI S400

Titleist 716 AP2 5-6 w/ DG TI S400

Titleist 716 MB 7-pw w/ DG TI S400

Then SM6 Raw 52*, 56*, and 60* w/ DG TI S400

Then I'm patiently waiting for a brushed black 350g 009 with some nice stamps

 

Any thoughts??

I played the 714's. I liked the feel of those slightly better, but I like the looks and turf interaction a little better on the 716's. 714's had a slightly more solid feel IMO. Overall they're essentially the same, but I wouldn't switch back just because the 716's finish looks a bit better looking down on it. Hope this helps.

Well it's time for me to update this lol. Every club in the bag has changed and I feel I have learned a lot when it comes to clubs to add some insight into my decisions. I also have quite a few more scotty's that some may like to see.

Actually forgot to ask: how did you end up with the shafts you are running? Lots of trial and error or did you get fit directly into those (mainly driver shaft)

So I was fit for the ADDI, then when the IZ came out I tried it, and it gave me the same numbers as DI, except the profile is very stable and I really liked the feel of the IZ. I’ve stuck with it for about 3 years now, and have really enjoyed it. I’ve also used the Ventus TR, and I did like it, however it’s more similar in feel to the DI than the IZ. I would like to try the Ventus Black.
