Do you get the 50 percent bonus trade in when buying them via CallawayGolf.com or do you have to go to a brick and mortar retailer and order through them to get a 50 percent bonus?

Yeah, the thing is, at least for my irons, the Callaway trade in value is more than the PGA Guide so it would be nice to use the Callaway trade in value for the bonus!

I would assume it means golf stores, web sites, golf course pro shops, private club pro shops and fitters etc. who are authorized by Callaway to resell Callaway product.

It is typically brick and mortar, private clubs, etc.

 

However, you can trade in on their website, so I would call Monday and inquire if they will honor the 50%.

 

Callaway always gives more for trade ins than most.

I did this deal over the phone since my trade in's didn't have the exact shaft choice they listed for many of the clubs and I was told that that bonus would be credited once they receive the trade in clubs and process it. I am not exactly sure how long but I think I was told about a week or so. I received my order last Thursday and they received my trade in's on Friday so we will see!

 

I didn't need any irons so just picked another set of Steelhead XR's which I already have but wanted to get if of some misc clubs here plus with the 50% bonus, my XR irons were priced very nicely indeed. This is the reason why I currently have a set of new/used Steelhead XR's paired with a new/unused MD3 50 degree wedge listed for sale!

 

Note: When buying irons from them, you will pay the retail pricing (ie $799/eight club set, $699/seven club set, etc.) based on the Steelhead prices only, not sure what the other models go for!

I verified with callaway and you will get a 50 percent bonus thru them. Yaaa!

The CPO store ran this promotion last February. I got $145 for my used driver that I traded for a newer version. Total transaction after trades was $30! Hoping that they will run the promotion again soon.
